Sam: Black and White Study
Last week, Melissa and I had a little bit of time on our hands, being at home and quarantined from the rest of the world. I was just hanging around with my son Sam and decided to pick up the camera and start shooting. The gallery below is the result. I just tried to get a bunch of Sam’s expressions on camera and the starkness of the black and white just seems to make his features pop.
So here’s a little fun we had, just taking it easy and relaxing on our bed, with Sammy hamming it up for Dad and his ever present camera!
Enjoy!

lovely photo’s, hope you are all feeling better now. What is the MapleLeaf meat virus? We havne’t heard about that one back here in the UK.
By the way found you doing a bit of random surfing
Heya LittleOldMe, thanks for the well-wishes! We are doing fine now.
The MapleLeaf virus was a big thing here due to meat unknowingly being tainted with the Listeria virus being processed and sold by the “Maple Leaf” meat company. They make a wide range of products from pepperoni to ham to deli meats.
It caused a big stir on the North-American TV networks and a minor health scare in some communities as the virus would mainly attack weaker bodies such as young infants, children and the elderly. The big panic was caused because a low number of the elderly people affected actually died.
Since we had consumed some meat in the previous month (Listeria incubatiob time can be up to 90 days), we took no chances and headed for a hospital. Thankfully we cleared all their tests and we are doing great now!
Thanks for dropping in on my little part of the web! Come back anytime
scary stuff, I shall be back again
